InPro RCP
Works Time Registration System enable to recording and automatic accounting the time of work of employees. From the point of view of Labour Code information collected by the system are crucial and may form the basis for determining the remuneration of employees.

Rule of operation
In the RCP system employees have proximity or magnetic cards with individual and unique number. The recordders are equipped in displays and keyboards enable setting modes: Enter / Exit / Private / Business.
The employee when he come to work he puts the card to the reader. Since then the system is counting his work time. Every using the card is being taken note by the system as so "Registration". During the registration the card number, current date, time, mode and mod work is saved in the buffer recorder, and then sent to a connected computer. These data are stored in the recorder to time transfer them to your computer by the software management system. Taking into consideration the large memory recorder, the system works correctly, even after breaking off communication with the computer for long time periods (e.g. damage to the cable connecting the PC to the DVR). After restoring the communication data from the recorder will be transmitted to the computer slowing down memory of the recorder.
Leaving the work, the employee again puts the card to the recorder, earlier he must press the buttom "exit". It is possible also to use the additional recorder which is registering only exits from the work (entering we are putting the card to the recorder, leaving to the additional recorder).
If during the work employee must leave the workplace for business, record it on DVR by pressing "exit service / service entrance".

Typical system components
